 Dress Code

Dress Code - On weekdays, students wear their school uniform.  For boys, this consists of navy dress pants, white dress shirt or polo shirt, black dress shoes and an optional navy v-neck sweater.   Girls may also choose to wear the school Black Watch tartan kilt.  For dinner and special events, students wear their Black Watch tartan school tie with their white dress shirt.

Once the school day is over, students are allowed to dress in comfortable casual clothing.  Typically Fridays are casual or dress down days to raise money for student events throughout the year.

Click here to download the Uniform Order Form.

Parents must order the school uniform from Mark’s Work Wearhouse in New Minas, Nova Scotia.  Clothing will be shipped directly to Landmark East and students receive it on the first day of school.  With the exception of the school tie (which is purchased through our Student Store), all clothing can be purchased through Mark’s Work Wearhouse.  For additional information on clothing orders, contact Scott Callaghan at 902-681-1228.

A detailed list of clothing items and guidelines for Dress Code and Personal Appearance can also be found in the Student & Parent Handbook.

Student Store - The Student Store is found near the Library.  The store stocks school supplies, personal hygine items and the Black Watch school tie.  It is open from Monday to Friday at recess, lunch and after-school.
