- Twelve bursaries are available for the 2008-2009 school year in the amount of $5,000 each.
- The deadline for bursary applications is May 15, 2008.
- Student must be a citizen of Canada or the United States.
- Student must be registered in a Landmark East program. A signed enrolment contract and a non-refundable $2,000 reservation deposit (plus $1,000 endowment bond for new students) are required to register a student at Landmark East.
- Parents must demonstrate a financial need for the bursary - a declaration of personal net worth and relevant supporting documents must be submitted with the application.
- A disclosure of financial sources being used to pay tuition and boarding fees must be outlined. This should include dollar amounts of government funding, personal loans and/or financial support from community groups, corporations or other sources. Also indicate the percentage of tuition/boarding fees that will be paid by a third party (someone other than the parents).
- Bursaries are awarded to students in January. T4A slips are issued in the name of the student for income tax purposes. The student’s social insurance/social security number must be provided on the bursary application.
- Forward Bursary Application Form & Statement of Net Worth to the Landmark East Bursary Selection Committee at the school's mailing address
