Dr. Corkum would use the following measures to evaluate a student:
  • review of school report cards
  • interview with parents and review assessment questionnaire
  • review earlier assessments
  • Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children-IV (WISC-IV)
  • Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-III (PPVT-III) - unless being administered by SLP
  • Detroit Tests of Learning Aptitude-Revised (DTLA-R)
  • Developmental Test of Visual Motor Integration (DTVMI)
  • Wechsler Individual Achievement Test-II (WIAT-II)
  • Work Sample Analysis


Ms. Thompson would use the following measures to evaluate a student:

  • Expressive One-Word Picture Vocabulary Test (EOWPVT)
  • Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-III (PPVT-III)
  • Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals-3 (CELF-3)
  • Language Sample Analysis
